We had a great time in May’s home. The home accommodated our group of 11 very well. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside for my daughter’s graduation party. The kitchen was well stocked and ready for a large group. There were a few issues that show the house is older. The temperature was difficult to regulate and keep comfortable for both up and downstairs. There were minor issues with two of the showers draining properly. Overall, our family was very comfortable in the home and loved the backyard hammocks and hot tub.

My family had an amazing stay! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and tidy the house was. it was exactly as described and very fun for our three generation family. With five bedrooms, it was easy for 9 people to stay in, including my 3 and 5 year old with the bunk beds. it was very close to Old Town and we really appreciated the easy access. Meagan was responsive and understanding of our accommodation for the graduation weekend. We would stay at her house in a heartbeat!

We booked this for a two-family trip in mid-May with 8 of us total knowing the ski lifts were closed, and honestly the house itself was the whole vacation. Five suites meant every couple had their own bathroom and the kids had the bunk room to themselves, which is the thing that usually breaks group trips. The kids basically lived in the arcade (Pac-Man got competitive fast) and we rotated movie nights in the living room. Plenty of space to spread out when we wanted to, easy to come back together when we didn’t. Shoulder season turned out to be a gift. Quiet, green, way cheaper than peak, and we still drove up to Rocky Mountain National Park one day and out to Lake Granby another. The night sky from the deck was unreal. Coffee on the porch with mountain views every morning. Meagan was responsive and check-in was seamless with the code. Place was spotless and clearly thought through. Board games, movie setup, fully stocked kitchen. We’ll be back with skis next time.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. The hosts were gracious, helpful, and communicative. The house was clean, large, and complete with several amenities. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the pop-a-shot in the basement. The location met our needs, offering quick access to a grocery store, local skate park, and downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

This place was amazing to celebrate my son’s graduation. We loved the fire pit, hot tub and sauna. The movie room and pool table were also a great hit. The place is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Meagan's home. We attended a concert at Red Rocks Ampitheater and it was only 15 minutes away. The beds were comfy, hot tub was great and the movie room was fun to use for our group of 7. Three of the bedrooms had fun themes from popular movies. If we need to be in Arvada again, I would stay here again. Meagan also was a great communicator and was very friendly.

Meagan place was awesome. super clean and in a quiet neighborhood, which made it really relaxing. The amenities were great, especially the hot tub, I also loved the theater house theme it honestly made me feel like I was at the movies, which was such a unique and fun experience. Meagan herself was very responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. She really went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 loved this place! I was a little concerned initially because it’s right off the road, but we truly never heard it! Even when we were in the backyard it was peaceful. We loved the theater set up, and were grateful for all the games! My only complaints were trivial, like I wished there was cooking spray there and bigger baking sheets. We also would’ve liked a heavier water pressure, but again all trivial. Overall we absolutely loved this space. We had a great few days, and spent a lot of time in the backyard. The host was responsive and kind, and was willing to go above and beyond for me. Perfect space for a family, and there’s a Walmart right near by!

Meagans place was so fun and relaxing for our whole family. The hot tub and rooms were exactly as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the whole place was clean and comfortable.

The space was amazing. It had everything that we needed. The themed rooms and hot tub were a huge hit for everyone in my party. I would highly recommend to a friend and will be using again for future trips to denver.
